# Launch. Trade. Manage.

The Telegram bot for the whole life of a token launched on Robinhood Chain.

The bot is not open yet. Follow announcements and you will know the day it is.

## Launch on Pons. Then actually manage it.

Most launchpads stop at deploy. Poncho keeps going — the same bot that created your token is where you run it afterwards.

1. **Create** — Name, ticker, description, image, links — eight steps in the chat, four of them skippable. The image is pinned to IPFS.
2. **Set the split** — Your creator fee is fixed when the token is created — nobody can raise it on you later. The wallet it pays out to, you can change whenever you like.
3. **Deploy and buy** — Your first buy goes in the same transaction as the launch. Not a fast follow-up — the same transaction. The bot shows the full cost before it sends anything.
4. **Manage** — Creator fees, fee recipient, Buyback & Lock and Reinvest fees — in the same chat, for as long as the token exists.

## Every buy is simulated before it is sent.

Paste a contract. Poncho finds the pool, runs the sell path first, and sends one transaction — across every major venue type on Robinhood Chain.

1. **Paste CA** — 0x03da…95EA
2. **Pool found** — ETH → USDG → GRACKLE
3. **Simulated** — ✓ Sell path clear ✓ No transfer tax
4. **Buy** — One transaction, ETH → USDG → GRACKLE. Where the exit can be simulated and comes back bad, the buy is refused before anything is spent.

## Four levers, after the launch.

The deploy is the easy part. These are the things a creator still needs on day thirty, and they live in the same chat.

- **Creator fees** — Your share of trading fees on tokens you launched. See what is owed and claim it, without leaving Telegram.
- **Fee recipient** — Point the payout at a different wallet, effective immediately. Fees already credited stay where they are.
- **Buyback & Lock** — A slice of your fee share buys the token back and locks it for about five years. The slice is set by the protocol. It can be switched off later — but what already went into that bucket stays until Pons converts it.
- **Reinvest fees** — Put collected fees back to work instead of claiming them. On or off, from the same panel.

The fee rate is fixed at launch — nobody can raise it on you. The payout wallet you can change whenever you like; claim what you are owed first. Burning is in the same panel.

## Built for Robinhood Chain. Honest about the rest.

Poncho is the Telegram bot for the whole life of a token launched on Robinhood Chain — launch, manage and trade, without opening a browser. Here is what we don't claim.

- **Not open yet.** — When it opens, anyone can use it — no invite, no waitlist, no allowlist. Until then the announcements channel is the whole waiting room, and it is open to everyone. Rough edges: the Feedback button, bottom right.
- **What's live, and what isn't.** — Live: launching, the four creator levers, buying and selling across every major venue type on Robinhood Chain — the bonding curve, v2, v3, v4, flap and extcurve — every buy simulated first, limit and stop orders. Not yet: copy trading, trader rewards — the order is on the [roadmap](https://ponchobot.com#roadmap). Follow what ships in [announcements](https://t.me/ponchoannouncements).
- **What it costs.** — 0.001 ETH per successful launch, and **nothing on trades today**. A 1% trading fee is built and will be switched on before Poncho opens to everyone; the date is published here when it lands. Pons and the network charge their own on top, so the bot shows the full total before it sends anything, and a launch that fails pays us nothing. [The full arithmetic, measured](https://ponchobot.com/pons/).

## What is live, what is next.

In the order we intend to build it. No dates — a date on this page would be a promise, and nothing here is one. It becomes real in announcements, not here.

Order can change. Reviewed 6 September 2026. Fees are on the pages that charge them; if one changes, it is published before it applies.

### ✓ Live

- **Launch from Telegram** — Name, ticker, image. Through Pons v2 on Robinhood Chain.
- **Four creator levers** — Creator fees, fee recipient, Buyback & Lock, Reinvest fees — plus burn, on tokens launched through Poncho.
- **Buy and sell every major venue type** — Every buy simulated first. Routes through USDG or another token in one transaction.
- **Limit and stop orders** — Set a price and walk away. Poncho watches and sends when the price is there.

### → Next, in this order

- **Trading fee** — 1% on trades. Built and merged, switched off. The date it is switched on is announced before it applies, never after.
- **Docs, terms and privacy** — Published before the bot opens, not after. [Risk](https://ponchobot.com/risk/) and [privacy](https://ponchobot.com/privacy/) are up; terms and the bot documentation follow.
- **Trader rewards** — A way to give something back to people who trade through Poncho. Not a token, not a presale, not an airdrop, not points — see [Questions](https://ponchobot.com/faq/). What it will be is not decided.
- **Trader referral programme** — Bring people, get something back. Mechanics and numbers are not set; nothing is promised until they are.

### ○ Later

- **Copy trading** — Mirror a wallet’s buys and sells, with your own size.

### ○ Exploring

- **Launchpad aggregator** — Tokens from other launchpads in the same chat. Being looked at, not built.
- **Web app terminal** — The same account in a browser, for charts and bigger screens. Being looked at, not built.
- **Multichain** — The same bot on more than one chain. Being looked at, not built, and nothing is committed to.

## The rest of the site

- [Launching on Pons](https://ponchobot.com/pons/): Launching a token on Pons costs 0.0005 ETH to Pons plus gas, and 0.001 ETH to Poncho on success. The eight steps, what is fixed forever, and the fields Pons does not document.
- [Creator fees](https://ponchobot.com/creator-fees/): Your creator fee rate is fixed when the token is created; the payout wallet is not. How to claim, what Buyback & Lock and Reinvest do, and which two fields Pons leaves undocumented.
- [Questions](https://ponchobot.com/faq/): What Poncho charges, what the check before a buy misses, who holds the keys, and the questions we will not answer until they are confirmed against the code.
- [What this site collects](https://ponchobot.com/privacy/): Nothing: no cookies, no local storage, no third-party fonts, no tracking pixel. Why there is no cookie banner, and what a web server sees anyway.
- [Risk](https://ponchobot.com/risk/): Total loss, honeypots, standing token approvals, sequencer downtime, a forgotten PIN, and impersonation. A separate page because the risks are the most useful thing we can tell you.
