We will never ask for your private key, never send you a link to "verify" anything, and never open a conversation with you. There is no verification step, there is no support account, and there is no recovery service. Every one of those is someone stealing from you.
Why this page exists
Impersonation is the most reliable way to lose money in this category and it does not require any flaw in the software. There will be clone bots, look-alike handles and fake support accounts. This page is a single short link: reply it to an impersonator, pin it in the channel, put it in a bio.
There is no Poncho token
No token, no presale, no airdrop, no points. Anyone offering you one is stealing from you. If that ever changes it will be announced on the channels above and nowhere else.
